Meenakshi Singh | CEO
Ms. Meenakshi Singh is a Silicon Valley veteran with more than 25 plus years of experience in engineering and technology, product development, corporate management and human resources. Over time, in her career, she chose to develop expertise in the areas of innovation and challenge such as strategic partnerships, venture funding, corporate finance, business development, mergers and acquisitions.
Meenakshi has successfully developed two financial products to target success of a venture. Her “Start-up Eco-System model” designed for entrepreneurs; provides high-level blend of services in critical business areas, for a viable and marketable business idea. The “Corporate Immersion Program” designed for investors, protects their interest by timely monitoring of the company’s progress and growth by ensuring balanced and result-oriented score-cards of performance from inception to acquisition or public offering.
In her past, Meenakshi was recently CFO of Ankeena Neworks since inception and saw through the acquisition of Ankeena by Juniper Networks. Prior to Ankeena she was VP of Finance and Administration at Sonoa Systems, where she played an integral role in creating and running a subsidiary in India. She previously worked as VP of Finance and Operations at Cortina Systems, where she was instrumental in creating and managing U.S. and Canadian corporations including a successful acquisition of a company in India. Prior to that, she was with the Corporate Business Development, Mergers and Acquisitions group at Cisco Systems and as VP of Finance and Administration of StratumOne Communications (subsequently acquired by Cisco Systems in 1999). Meenakshi is also involved with several start-ups either as an Angel Investor, advisor, or acting CFO.
“Silicon Valley home culture” is her second nature. She takes pride in her involvement with community activities, non-profit endeavors and volunteerism. She believes in practicing the art and philosophy of Yoga, which brings clarity of mind, good health and discipline in life. Painting and Gardening are her ways of relaxation of mind, expression and creativity.

Dave Bartlett | Executive VP
Dave is currently in private practice representing enterprises at the start-up, development and growth stages as outside general counsel, and on special projects, including strategic alliances, corporate and securities, mergers and acquisitions, commercial, technology, licensing and intellectual property transactions. Dave has co-founded several high-tech companies, was a partner with a major law firm, authored books and articles, and is an elected member of the American Law Institute.
Dave was a Partner of Cooley Godward LLP, a Silicon Valley-based law firm, where he practiced for 10 years after he joined the firm in 1987. Mr. Bartlett co-founded its Boulder office in 1993, where he was in charge of the Technology Practice Group representing high-tech and biotechnology companies specializing in strategic alliances, corporate and securities, mergers and acquisitions, licensing, complex commercial transactions, and intellectual property transactions and strategies. Dave is an elected member of the American Law Institute (ALI), since 1995, and has served on several ALI drafting committees. He was a distinguished Advisor for the Principles of the Law: Software Contracts, as adopted and promulgated by the ALI at Washington, D.C. (May 19, 2009), published 2010. He was also Advisor for ALI’s Style of the Institute Committee, which produced a manual for ALI Reporters, The Voice of The American Law Institute. He was also appointed by the ALI to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Article 2B (Information Licensing and Software Contracts) Drafting Committee, a national committee that produced the Uniform Computer Information Transactions Act (UCITA).
Dave was Executive Vice President & Co-Founder of SurfSquared Inc., a co-browsing service enabling its client’s website visitors to visually share their live browsing with friends, social network members or website support staff. Dave served as Vice President and General Counsel of Azaire Networks Inc., a Silicon Valley-based wireless technology company acquired by IntelliNet Technologies, Inc. He co-founded Azaire Networks in 1999 and the company grew to 150+ employees worldwide. Dave was Vice President of Business Development and General Counsel of NetSage Corporation (merged with Finali Corporation), he co-founded NetSage in 1996.
Dave is the author of numerous articles and other publications, including the Strategic Alliances Handbook and the Intellectual Property Handbook -- Institutional and University Licensing: Key Terms and Negotiation Points. Dave’s education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Entrepreneurship, magna cum laude, University of Colorado (1978); and a Juris Doctor degree, Outstanding Corporate Intern, University of Denver College of Law (1984).

Sanjiv S. Dhawan | Executive VP
Sanjiv has over 20 years of broad-based business and legal experience in the areas of venture capital, corporate, securities, employment, intellectual property, development and general business matters. Sanjiv’s experience ranges from managing day to day legal and business operational and regulatory issues to negotiating, structuring and documenting complex finance, strategic partnership, and merger and acquisition transactions.
Prior to Trivium was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of EGE, LLC and ELV, Inc. where he was responsible for legal and business development matters relating to the financing, development and management of gaming and resort enterprises. Prior to ELV, Sanjiv served as Vice-President and Corporate Counsel of Connetics Corporation, a publicly traded company that achieved a market capitalization of over $1.3 billion and raised $200 million in debt financing during his tenure. He was also Of Counsel with the law firm of Manatt Phelps and Phillips LLP, where he represented numerous private companies primarily in the technology industry focusing on financing, intellectual property, employment and business transactional matters. Prior to Manatt, Sanjiv served as Vice President of business development and General Counsel for two optical networking companies, Akroria Networks, Inc. and OnLight, Inc. Akroria developed all optical switching products for the telecommunications industry while Onlight was in the business of installing and managing large scale telecommunications infrastructure equipment in Class A office buildings nationwide. Prior to OnLight, Sanjiv served as Senior Associate with the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati PC where he represented over 30 public and private technology companies in all aspects of their business relationships, from private and public equity and debt offerings, to intellectual property and business development matters. While working in-house and in private practice, Sanjiv was lead counsel on public and private equity and debt financing transactions involving over $2 billion in capital raised or invested by his clients.
Sanjiv has also held the positions of Corporate Attorney with the Law Firm of Wise & Shepard LLP, Senior Counsel with the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., and Chief of the Civil Division of the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of California at Berkeley and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of California at Davis.

Sharad Singh | VP Business Development
Sharad has worked in several industries building sales teams, creating growth strategies, and developing territories for companies in various stages of growth.
Prior to Trivium, Sharad worked in Business Development for Allegis Group, the largest recruiting firm in the United States. At Allegis Group, Sharad joined as a recruiter as was promoted shortly thereafter into management. While in this role Sharad hired and trained a team of direct reports while servicing early stage and Fortune 500 companies across all industries. In two years in this role, he was able to split his territory twice and promote several direct reports.
At Trivium, Sharad is responsible for creating new markets, new verticals, and strategic partnerships. Sharad currently advises early stage companies in the mobile, internet, software, hardware, and consumer goods industries in regards to hiring and developing talent as well as business development strategies. Sharad enjoys trying out new restaurants throughout San Francisco and works off the calories playing basketball and softball.

Vinita Soin | Global Accounting Manager
Vinita is a thorough and experienced manager, whose core expertise is in providing services for Accounting, Finance, HR, Payroll and associated business support processes.
Vinita started her career in India in healthcare at a leading orthopedic hospital in their Accounting and Human Resources division where she put in processes and procedures and managed a team of Accountants, Human Resources, and Administrative personnel. Upon relocating to the United States to be with her husband, Vinita re-educated herself in the field of Taxation. She then put her education to use at H&R Block where she specialized in processing complicated tax returns.
At Trivium, Vinita has grown to lead a global team of accountants and tax preparers to handle complete Accounting, Taxation, HR and Administrative needs for clients. Vinita is an expert at implementing processes and driving the team to achieve their maximum potential while maintaining a high quality of service. She is proficient in different types of accounting software, well versed with Accounts Payable & Receivable, Month, Quarter& Year end closings, Board packages, Payroll, Stock Option Administration and HR. She has been the liaison for numerous clients going through various audits. Vinita was actively involved in the due diligence efforts during the acquisition of Ankeena Networks by Juniper (2010), and the acquisition of SpectraLinear by Silicon Lab (2011).
Vinita is a multi-linguist with a Masters degree in Accounting, Economics and Company Law. In her spare time she enjoys hiking and going camping with her family.
